RN - Acute Care - Ortho Surgical -Full-Time Night Shift

Perform the nursing process including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation using evidence-based practice. Provide relationship-based, patient-centered care while partnering with patients and families through bedside reports and interdisciplinary rounds. Coordinate safe quality care delivery through timely documentation and diverse interdisciplinary communication. Participate in performance improvement activities, research utilization, and shared governance initiatives to promote optimal patient outcomes. Serve as a preceptor or mentor for other nurses, students, and staff to ensure a qualified workforce. Complete all mandatory education and competency assessments while upholding Georgia Professional Nurse Practice Act standards.
