RN - Acute Care - Ortho Surgical -Full-Time Night Shift

Perform the nursing process including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation for patients in acute ortho surgical care. Coordinate interdisciplinary rounds and documentation while partnering with patients and families to set care goals. Practice evidence-based care standards and participate in performance improvement activities and shared governance initiatives. Mentor staff and students to support workforce development. Complete mandatory education and competency assessments. Work night shifts in a clinical environment supported by the Wellstar Shared Governance Model.
