RN Acute Care - Neuro - PRN Night Shift position at Wellstar. Delivers relationship-based, patient-centered nursing care using the nursing process in a neuro-focused acute care setting, applying evidence-based practice, interdisciplinary collaboration, and ongoing professional development. Responsibilities include assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care; coordinating care with patients and families; maintaining current clinical practice standards; documenting and supporting performance improvement initiatives; and serving as a mentor/preceptor for other nurses. Requires active RN licensure, BLS certification, and strong communication and critical thinking skills. Night shift in Ohio location under Wellstar policies and governance.
