RN Acute Care - Neuro - PRN Night Shift

RN Acute Care - Neuro - PRN Night Shift provides patient-centered nursing care in a neuro/acute care setting. The RN Clinical Nurse collaborates with an interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, safe care, conducts the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, outcome planning, implementation, and evaluation), uses evidence-based practice, and supports patient families while upholding policy standards. Responsibilities include relationship-based, patient-centered care; coordinating care with diverse team members; conducting interdisciplinary rounds and bedside shift reports; ensuring timely documentation; and maintaining clinical competencies in alignment with Wellstar practice models and ethics.
