Job Summary
Provide direct patient care in specialty Acute Care (Med-Surg) units with moderate to high patient acuity, utilizing the nursing process and evidence-based care models. Prioritize patient wellness and safety while collaborating within a multidisciplinary team to achieve exceptional outcomes. Model proficiency by precepting new healthcare staff and guiding individualized specialty education and training for competency validation. Contribute to secure safety and quality at the point of care in a fast-paced, innovative clinical environment. This onsite role requires a BLS-certified RN with at least six months of experience, with pay ranging from $35.29 to $54.71 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited or state board of nursing approved Registered/Professional Nursing program if less than 3 years' experience
- State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- 6 months of nursing (RN) experience
- BLS - BLS through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer with card in-hand before start date
- BLS or CPR card must be good through sixty days of hire
- This position is an onsite role
- Shift: Day and Night Rotation
- Work Schedule: Full Time, 72.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks)
