RN - Acute Care Medicine

RN - Acute Care Medicine on an oncology-focused neuro unit. Provides patient care under the Nurse Manager/Clinical Coordinator, assesses and documents Plan of Care, coordinates care with the healthcare team, and oversees non-RN personnel. Functions as a Charge Nurse and Preceptor, ensuring performance standards and education for patients and families. Demonstrates competency in neuro care, including neuro assessment, airway management for neuro patients, care of tracheostomy and ventilated patients, and involvement in the Tia teaching program. Requires BSN (preferred), CT RN license, and BLS. Oncology experience preferred; multiple specialties within Smilow Ambulatory Multispecialty Department. Location: Warwick, GA, US.
