Provide top-of-scope direct patient care in specialty Acute Care (Med-Surg) units with moderate to high patient acuity. Utilize the nursing process, prioritize patient wellness and evidence-based practice, and contribute to safety and quality at the point of care. Model proficiency by precepting new healthcare staff and guide individualized specialty education through clinical orientation. Operate on a part-time schedule of 48 hours per pay period with day and night rotation, earning $35.29 to $54.71 per hour based on experience.
