RN Acute Care - Medical Telemetry role on a Full-Time Night Shift. The RN Clinical Nurse is part of an interdisciplinary team delivering individualized, high-quality patient care in a Medical Telemetry setting. Responsibilities include implementing the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation) using evidence-based practice; providing relationship-based, patient-centered care with cultural sensitivity; effective communication with patients and families; maintaining documentation and adherence to clinical standards; teamwork to coordinate safe, high-quality care; supporting professional development, precepting staff, and participating in performance improvement and shared governance initiatives; ensuring compliance with policies, standards, and regulatory requirements; and managing care across the continuum with a focus on patient goals and outcomes.
