RN Acute Care - Medical Telemetry - Full-Time Night Shift in Boscobel, WI. The RN Clinical Nurse is a proactive member of an interdisciplinary team delivering individualized, high-quality, safe patient care. Responsibilities include performing the Nursing Process (assessment, diagnoses, outcomes, planning, implementation, and evaluation); providing relationship-based patient-centered care tailored to population characteristics; engaging patients and families through bedside shift reports, rounds, and patient teaching; practicing according to current clinical standards and the Wellstar practice models; coordinating safe care through effective documentation and cross-team collaboration; supporting performance improvement initiatives; serving as a preceptor/mentor for other nurses and staff; and upholding organizational policies and accreditation requirements. Required education includes an Associate Degree in Nursing or Diploma (Bachelor's preferred); active RN licensure (single-state or multi-state compact); Basic Life Support certification; and a minimum of 5 years of direct patient care RN experience.
