Job Summary
Provide direct patient care in moderate to high acuity Acute Care Med-Surg units, utilizing the nursing process and adhering to evidence-based care models. Prioritize patient wellness and safety while collaborating within a multidisciplinary team to achieve exceptional outcomes. Mentor new healthcare staff and welcome evidence-based knowledge in a fast-paced clinical environment. This PRN night shift role offers a quarterly incentive program for full-time night staff, with pay ranging from $35.29 to $54.71 per hour. Candidates must hold an RN license, six months of experience, and recent chemotherapy/immunotherapy/ONS certification.
Required Qualifications
- State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- 6 months of nursing (RN) experience
- Chemotherapy Immunotherapy / ONS Within 1 year of hire
- BLS through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer with card in-hand before start date
- BLS or CPR card must be good through sixty days of hire
- Graduate of an accredited or state board of nursing approved Registered/Professional Nursing program if less than 3 years' experience
