Job Summary

Provide top-of-scope direct patient care in specialty Acute Care (Med-Surg) units with moderate to high patient acuity, utilizing the nursing process and evidence-based care models. Prioritize patient wellness and safety while modeling proficiency through precepting new healthcare staff. Contribute to secure quality at the point of care within a multidisciplinary team approach. This full-time nights role requires six months of RN experience, an active RN license, and current BLS certification. Pay ranges from $35.29 to $54.71 hourly with a quarterly night shift incentive of $1,600.

Required Qualifications

  • State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare Provider
  • any relevant life support certification as determined at position level
  • 6 months of nursing (RN) experience
  • BLS through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer with card in-hand before start date
  • BLS or CPR card must be good through sixty days of hire
  • Graduate of an accredited or state board of nursing approved Registered/Professional Nursing program if less than 3 years' experience
