Job Summary
Provide top-of-scope direct patient care on moderate to high acuity Med-Surg units utilizing the nursing process and evidence-based care models. Prioritize patient wellness, a patient perspective, and multidisciplinary team collaboration to achieve exceptional outcomes. Model proficiency by precepting new healthcare staff and contribute to secure safety and quality at the point of care. Work nights in a fast-paced clinical environment, earning a quarterly incentive program bonus for full-time night shift participation.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited or state board of nursing approved Registered/Professional Nursing program if less than 3 years' experience
- State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- 6 months of nursing (RN) experience
- BLS - BLS through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer with card in-hand before start date
- BLS or CPR card must be good through sixty days of hire
