Job Summary
RN Acute Care Float Pool role providing direct patient care across medical/surgical units with emphasis on nursing process and outcomes; responsibilities include conducting comprehensive nursing assessments, formulating and implementing individualized care plans, patient and family education, and coordination with interdisciplinary team; requires at least 3 years of experience in Med/Surg/Telemetry/PCU, active Texas RN license (or compact), and BLS/ACLS credentials; position at Medical City Dallas with staff support and emphasis on safe, high-quality care.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of Professional Nursing
- Current RN license in the State of Texas or compact license
- Current AHA or ARC BLS provider
- Current AHA or ARC ACLS prover
