Job Summary
Provide top-of-scope direct patient care in specialty acute care units with moderate to high patient acuity, utilizing the nursing process and evidence-based care models. Prioritize patient wellness, a patient perspective, and safety and quality at the point of care while modeling proficiency through precepting new healthcare staff. Contribute to exceptional outcomes through a multidisciplinary team approach in a fast-paced, innovative clinical environment. This full-time night shift role includes a quarterly incentive program and offers tuition reimbursement and professional development access.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited or state board of nursing approved Registered/Professional Nursing program if less than 3 years' experience.
- State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
- 6 months of nursing (RN) experience.
- BLS - BLS through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer with card in-hand before start date.
- BLS or CPR card must be good through sixty days of hire.
