Job Summary
Provide top-of-scope direct patient care in specialty Acute Care (Med-Surg) units with moderate to high patient acuity. Utilize the nursing process to prioritize patient wellness and evidence-based practice within a multidisciplinary team. Model proficiency by precepting new healthcare staff and guide individualized specialty education for competency validation. Contribute to secure safety and quality at the point of care while welcoming new knowledge in a fast-paced clinical environment. This onsite role in Aurora, CO, offers a competitive hourly rate of $35.29–$54.71 for registered nurses with at least six months of experience and current BLS certification.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited or state board of nursing approved Registered/Professional Nursing program if less than 3 years' experience
- State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- 6 months of nursing (RN) experience
- BLS - BLS through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer with card in-hand before start date
- BLS or CPR card must be good through sixty days of hire
- This position is an onsite role
