Job Summary
Provide top-of-scope direct patient care in moderate to high acuity specialty acute care units including Med-Surg across Highlands Ranch, Broomfield, Longs Peak, and University of Colorado hospitals. Prioritize patient wellness and evidence-based practice while modeling proficiency through precepting new staff. Contribute to safety and quality at the point of care within a multidisciplinary team approach. This onsite full-time role involves day/night rotations with 72 hours per pay period. Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited or state board of nursing approved Registered/Professional Nursing program if less than 3 years' experience
- State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- 6 months of nursing (RN) experience
- BLS - BLS through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer with card in-hand before start date
- BLS or CPR card must be good through sixty days of hire
- This position is an onsite role and does not offer a hybrid or remote option
