Job Summary
RN Acute Care Float Pool role supporting patients across UCHealth Acute Care units at Highlands Ranch, Broomfield, Longs Peak, and University of Colorado Hospital. Direct patient care using the nursing process on Med-Surg/acute care units with multidisciplinary teamwork, precepting for new staff, and application of evidence-based practice. Onsite only with full-time schedule and day/night rotation; competitive hourly pay and comprehensive benefits including incentive programs, PTO, and tuition assistance.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited or state board of nursing approved Registered/Professional Nursing program
- State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- 6 months of nursing (RN) experience
- BLS - BLS through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer with card in-hand before start date
