Job Summary
Provide top-of-scope direct patient care for malignancies including AML, ALL, CMO, Hodgkin's, and Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma within the Cellular Therapies Unit. Utilize the nursing process to deliver full-spectrum clinical trial and research care alongside evidence-based practice. Prioritize patient wellness and safety while modeling proficiency through precepting new healthcare staff. Contribute to secure quality at the point of care in a multidisciplinary team environment focused on learning, healing, and discovery. Required Qualifications
- State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- 6 months of nursing (RN) experience
- ONS Chemo Bio Cert obtainment within six months of hire or transfer
- BLS through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer with card in-hand before start date
- BLS or CPR card must be good through sixty days of hire
