Job Summary
RN - Acute Care - Cardiac Telemetry - Full-Time Night. Provides comprehensive nursing care in a cardiac telemetry unit, using the nursing process, evidence-based practice, and interdisciplinary collaboration. Maintains patient safety and quality care with emphasis on patient-centered approaches, documentation, and adherence to organizational policies. Roles include precepting/mentoring and participating in performance improvement and professional development within a Wellstar-affiliated hospital setting in Atlanta, GA.
Required Qualifications
- Associates Nursing or Diploma Nursing or Bachelors Nursing-Preferred
- RN license (Active, in good standing)
- BLS Basic Life Support or ARC-BLS or BLS-Instructor (Required upon hire)
- RN-COMPACT or RN single-state license (or multi-state compact)
- Minimum 5 years RN experience
- Strong English communication and computer skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment and deliver evidence-based nursing care
- Ability to read, write, and speak English; customer service and collaboration skills
