Job Summary
RN - Acute Care, Cardiac Telemetry, Night shift: provide high-quality, patient-centered nursing care in an acute care cardiac telemetry unit. Responsibilities include performing the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation), coordinating care with interdisciplinary teams, delivering evidence-based practice, ensuring culturally competent care, maintaining thorough documentation, contributing to performance improvement, serving as a preceptor/mentor for staff, and upholding patient safety goals and professional standards. Requires strong teamwork, critical thinking, time management, and ability to operate in a fast-paced environment. Licensure in Georgia or compact-license eligibility and BLS certification are required; minimum of 5 years of RN experience. The role is based in Roswell, GA with on-site (in-person) duties during night shifts.
Required Qualifications
- Associates Nursing or Diploma in Nursing or Bachelor's Nursing (Nursing-Preferred)
- RN License (Single State) or RN-COMPACT (Multi-state)
- BLS - Basic Life Support (or ARC-BLS or BLS-Instructor)
- Minimum 5 years RN experience in direct patient care
