Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments, diagnoses, and care planning for cardiac telemetry patients while implementing evidence-based protocols and maintaining timely documentation. Coordinate interdisciplinary rounds and collaborate with the care team to ensure safe, individualized patient outcomes and support shared governance initiatives. Mentor new staff and participate in performance improvement activities to promote quality care standards. Requires a registered nurse license, BLS certification, and minimum two years of direct patient care experience. Night shift position with full-time hours.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed RN (Reg Nurse Single State or RN-COMPACT Multi-state Compact)
- BLS certification (Basic Life Support) or ARC-BLS (Amer Red Cross Basic Life Support) or BLS-I (Basic Life Support - Instructor)
- Minimum 2 years direct patient care nursing experience
- Ability to read, write and speak English language
- Strong interpersonal, collaborative skills
- Customer service skills
- Ability to function in a fast paced environment
- Ability to respond to emergencies in a decisive, composed and respectful manner
- Excellent time management skills
- Critical thinking skills
- Ability to optimize the use of technology to support clinical care
- Basic computer skills

Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's Nursing degree (Associates Nursing or Diploma in Nursing is required)
