RN- Acute Care - Cardiac Telemetry- Full-Time Night Shift

Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments, diagnoses, and evaluations for cardiac telemetry patients while implementing individualized care plans based on evidence-based practice. Coordinate interdisciplinary rounds, document care delivery, and partner with patients and families to set goals and ensure safe, quality outcomes. Mentor staff and students, participate in performance improvement initiatives, and develop protocols to reduce re-admissions and adverse events. Maintain current licensure and complete mandatory education while complying with Georgia Nurse Practice Act and Wellstar policies. Minimum two years direct patient care experience required; full-time night shift in Georgia.
Required Qualifications
- Associates Nursing or Diploma (Nurse) Nursing or Bachelors Nursing-Preferred
- RN - Reg Nurse (Single State) or RN-COMPACT - RN - Multi-state Compact
- BLS - Basic Life Support or ARC-BLS - Amer Red Cross Basic Life Support or BLS-I - Basic Life Support - Instructor
- Minimum 2 years direct patient care nursing experience
- Ability to read, write and speak English language
