Job Summary
Conduct direct patient care in cardiac telemetry, performing the nursing process including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation while coordinating interdisciplinary rounds and case reviews. Partner with patients and families to set goals, provide bedside teaching, and ensure culturally responsive, evidence-based care aligned with TJC Patient Safety Goals. Document care timely, participate in performance improvement initiatives, and mentor staff or students. Maintain licensure as an RN in Georgia or Compact state and hold BLS certification. Requires five years of direct patient care experience.
Required Qualifications
- RN - Reg Nurse (Single State) or RN-COMPACT - RN - Multi-state Compact
- BLS - Basic Life Support or ARC-BLS - Amer Red Cross Basic Life Support or BLS-I - Basic Life Support - Instructor
- Minimum 5 years RN experience Required
- Ability to read, write and speak English language
