RN .9 Nights CCU

Develop a comprehensive plan of care for patients on a 27-bed CCU unit, including implementation, reassessment, and evaluation. Provide total comprehensive care to patients and families by actively listening and assessing each individual. Manage typical patient ratios of 1:4 (max) or 1:2, with a .9 Nights shift schedule running from 6 p.m. to 6:30 a.m. and alternating weekends and holidays. Maintain state licensing and required certifications such as BLS and ACLS.
