Provide direct patient care as a Registered Nurse on the 7PM-7AM shift at The Palms at Sebring in Sebring, FL. Administer medications and therapies as prescribed, monitor patient progress, collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans, maintain accurate documentation, and participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Current RN License in the state of Florida
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an acute care setting
- Ability to work varied shifts, including night shift
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
