RN 7 Medical - Renal/Oncology - Full Time

Utilize the nursing process to provide patient care for assigned patients in a 21-bed Renal/Oncology unit, evaluating the effectiveness of care and coordinating with educators, respiratory therapists, and case managers. Maintain professional accountability for patient rights and confidentiality while performing duties consistent with Mercy Service Standards. Work day and night shifts, with opportunities for peritoneal dialysis and chemotherapy certifications. This role serves as a stepping stone into ICU and ED units, offering a diverse mix of medical, renal, and oncology patients within a collaborative team environment.
