RN 7 Medical - Renal/Oncology - Full Time

Utilize the nursing process to provide patient care for assigned patients in a 21-bed unit housing general medical, renal, and oncology populations. Coordinate patient care with educators, respiratory therapists, dieticians, and other direct care givers while maintaining professional accountability and patient confidentiality. Evaluate the effectiveness of care provided by other team members and perform duties consistent with Mercy Service Standards. Day and night shifts are available, with opportunities to receive certification in peritoneal dialysis and chemotherapy. This role serves as a stepping stone into ICU and ED units.
