Job Summary
Provide bedside care, administer injections and enemas, collect samples, and manage catheters while delivering wound care and prescribed medications. Monitor residents by taking vital signs, observing conditions, and recording significant reactions or changes in status. Ensure resident charts remain current and notify physicians or families of behavioral changes, medication adjustments, or health incidents. Modify care plans, directives, and flow sheets based on resident condition changes. Maintain a current Oklahoma RN license and BLS CPR certification. Work the 6PM-6AM shift in Quapaw, OK, with a $3000 sign-on bonus and comprehensive benefits including Blue Cross/Blue Shield medical insurance, dental, vision, life, ancillary coverage, and paid time off.
Required Qualifications
- Current and unencumbered Oklahoma Registered Nurse License (RN)
- Must have a current BLS CPR card

- One (1) or more years of experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility or Long Term Care environment
