Job Summary
Assess patients, develop and implement plans of care, and evaluate outcomes using the nursing process. Administer medications as prescribed and provide health teaching to patients and families. Collaborate with team members to improve care delivery and participate in activities designed to enhance health care delivery. Provide clinical leadership and support lifelong learning while completing assigned goals. Requires RN licensure and BLS certification within 14 days of hire.
