Job Summary
Interpret diagnostic data, collaborate with leadership to drive departmental improvements, and provide direction during life-threatening situations. Evaluate intervention effectiveness, implement innovative workflows to enhance patient outcomes, and lead clinical activities including coaching, mentoring, hiring, firing, performance evaluations, staffing, and payroll. Communicate with colleagues to ensure safe, quality care while supporting life-long learning and completing assigned duties. Requires minimum two years of unit experience, RN licensure, and BLS certification within 14 days of hire.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years experience on current unit or in like setting/specialty area
- RN
- BLS CERTIFICATION WITHIN 14 DAYS OF HIRE
