RN 6A Stepdown (Nights), Allegheny General

Provide safe and effective care for a designated patient population on the 6A Stepdown Unit, managing high-acuity cases including respiratory issues, drug withdrawal, GI bleeds, and sepsis. Demonstrate clinical assessment and care planning skills while collaborating with the multidisciplinary team from admission through discharge. Professionally direct patient care delivery activities and assess learning needs for patients and families. Work steady nights from 7pm to 7am with rotating weekends and holidays on a 72-hour every two weeks schedule.
