RN - 5E Neuroscience Progressive Care Unit - Nights - Part Time - May be eligible for New Hire Relocation Incentive

Provide direct and indirect nursing services to patients and families in the 5E Neuroscience Progressive Care Unit, managing complex multi-system disease and complications of treatment. Utilize the nursing process to conduct individualized assessments, problem-solve care plans, and collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to coordinate patient care. Document comprehensive, critical thinking-oriented charting and serve as a resource for staff regarding unit-specific documentation and skills. Act as a preceptor and teacher, guiding new nurses and students while assisting with relief charge nurse responsibilities. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and unit committees to improve work processes. This role requires a California RN license, AHA BLS, and NIHSS certification, with a minimum of one year of clinical experience.
