RN - 5E Neuroscience Progressive Care Unit - Nights - Full Time - May be eligible for New Hire Relocation Incentive

Provide direct and indirect nursing services to patients and families in the 5E Neuroscience Progressive Care Unit. Coordinate care using the nursing process, critical thinking, and systematic planning with the multidisciplinary team. Manage complex multi-system disease and complications, recognizing diagnoses quickly despite dissimilar presenting symptoms. Delegate tasks appropriately, assess physician orders, and serve as a resource for staff, students, and travelers. Act as a preceptor and teacher, guiding new nurses and offering incidental teaching to improve clinical practice. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain comprehensive, problem-oriented documentation.
