Job Summary
Manage individualized patient care by promoting and restoring health through the nursing process, including direct assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation, and patient health education. Deliver care within the guidelines of nursing standards for patients on the 4th Floor Med/Surg unit at Durbin Park Hospital. Maintain a full-time night shift schedule. Requires an Associate's Degree in Nursing with a BSN within three years of hire, a current Florida RN license, and BLS certification.
