Job Summary
Provide 1-on-1 private duty nursing care for an 11-year-old male patient with g-tube, trach, and vent needs on Saturdays and Sundays from 9 PM to 9 AM. Manage daily routines, medication administration, and clinical monitoring for this pediatric home health case. Requires a valid Illinois RN or LPN license, minimum one year of direct patient care experience, and a current CPR card. Flexible scheduling options available for full-time, part-time, or PRN roles with shifts ranging from 8 to 16 hours.
Required Qualifications
- Valid LPN or RN license in the state of Illinois
- Minimum of 1 year of direct patient care working as an RN / LPN
- Valid CPR card
- Proof of citizenship or authorization for employment in the United States
- Must be available for Saturdays and Sundays overnight 9pm-9am
- Must be able to successfully complete a background check
- Must be able to successfully complete a pre-employment drug screening
- Must be able to successfully complete a pre-employment physical
