Job Summary
Provide 1-on-1 private duty nursing care to a 4-year-old male patient with g-tube, trach, and vent needs in Darien, IL. Cover Mondays and Tuesdays from 8am to 6pm, delivering direct patient care for pediatric and adult home health cases. Possess a valid RN or LPN license in Illinois with at least one year of direct patient care experience and a current CPR card. Complete required pre-employment screenings including background checks, drug screening, and physical exams. Training is available for pediatric and home health skills for candidates without specific pediatric experience.
Required Qualifications
- Valid LPN or RN license in the state of Illinois
- Minimum of 1 year of direct patient care working as an RN / LPN
- Valid CPR card
- Proof of citizenship or authorization for employment in the United States
- Must successfully complete a background check
- Must successfully complete a pre-employment drug screening
- Must successfully complete a pre-employment physical
