Job Summary
Assess patient needs and provide comprehensive medical-surgical care for individuals preparing for or recovering from interventions across specialty units. Manage patient populations with varying diagnoses while supporting new grads building a career foundation or experienced nurses seeking variety. Maintain Basic Life Support certification and current RN licensure to deliver safe, collaborative care. This role serves as a stepping stone into ICU and ED units within the MedSurg Service Line.
Required Qualifications
- Nursing Degree from an accredited school
- Current RN license in our state and/or compact licensure in which nursing duties are performed and must meet all state board of nursing requirements
- Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association
