RN - 3B Observation Unit (Days) FT

Develop and evaluate patient plans of care for the 3B Observation Unit while providing direct patient care with a 1:5-6 ratio. Collaborate with physicians, families, and the multidisciplinary care team to achieve optimal outcomes under the supervision of the Nurse Manager and Director of Nursing. Manage confidential patient information independently and contribute to a supportive team culture focused on compassion and excellence. Requires a BSN (within 5 years for new hires) and works full-time, three shifts per week including night shifts (7:00 PM - 7:30 AM) with every third weekend required.
