RN 3A Trauma Full Time Days

RN on a Surgical Trauma 3A med-surg telemetry unit providing patient care to adult postoperative and trauma patients. Responsible for applying the nursing process, coordinating care with other departments, maintaining patient rights and confidentiality, and upholding Mercy standards. Unit features head-to-toe assessments, telemetry reading, IV insertions, catheter/trach/ostomy care, wound care, chest tubes, and a collaborative, patient-centered approach.
