Job Summary
Supervise care and treatments, lead patient assessments, and tailor care plans to address individual recovery goals. Build meaningful relationships with patients and families while collaborating across departments to ensure coordinated inpatient rehabilitation. Serve as a resource for fellow staff regarding complex patient needs and inquiries. This role supports a rapidly growing national inpatient rehabilitation leader with over 150 locations, offering a culture focused on empathy and patient-centered outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN licensure as required by state regulations
Desired Qualifications
- CPR certification (ACLS preferred)
- CRRN certification preferred
- One year of experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting is preferred
