Job Summary
Provide individualized patient care in an inpatient rehabilitation setting, lead patient assessments, tailor care plans, and address patient concerns to facilitate recovery; collaborate with multiple departments to ensure coordinated care; serve as a resource for fellow staff and support patients and families through their recovery milestones.
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN licensures as required by state regulations
- CPR certification (ACLS preferred)
- CRRN certification preferred
- One year of experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting is preferred
