Job Summary
RN - 3 South Med/Surg/Bariatric/Tele Unit, Per Diem rotating shift at Wentworth-Doulloss/Mass General Brigham. Administer medications, monitor patient status and reactions, maintain detailed records, coordinate with healthcare team, modify care plans based on patient responses, and deliver individualized nursing care across medical-surgical and bariatric populations. Per diem night shift on a unit with collaboration from pharmacists, educators, and leadership; magnet-recognized facility with competitive benefits. Must hold RN license with either Associate's Degree in Nursing (required) or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (preferred); BLS required, ACLS preferred, NRP/PALS preferred. 0-1 year clinical nursing experience required; strong communication and confidentiality skills; inpatient care terminology knowledge; rotating shift responsibilities.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's Degree in Nursing required or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred
- Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) preferred
- Neonatal Resuscitation Certification (NRP) preferred
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) preferred
- 0-1 year clinical nursing experience required
