Job Summary
Provide direct and indirect nursing services to patients and families on the 2E Oncology Progressive Care Unit. Role requires California RN license and AHA BLS; 1 year of clinical nursing experience; shift is nights (7:00 PM–7:30 AM) with 12/36 schedule; position is full-time with potential relocation incentives. Demonstrates clinical judgment, effective communication with multidisciplinary team, care coordination, delegation, and patient-family education; mentors and precepts other nurses as needed; adheres to unit standards, regulatory guidelines, and quality improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of nursing school
- California Registered Nurse (RN) - CA Board of Registered Nursing - REQUIRED
- 1 Year clinical experience (RNs with less than 12 months experience will complete the new grad requirements)
- AHA Basic Life Support for Healthcare Professionals - REQUIRED
