Job Summary
As a Registered Nurse on the Endoscopy Team at Winchester Hospital, you will conduct patient assessments, administer medications and treatments, monitor progress, and evaluate therapies for outcomes; collaborate with physicians to tailor care plans; and educate patients and families to support optimal recovery. Schedule is 24 hours/week on the day shift. BSN strongly encouraged. Massachusetts RN license required. Prior experience in endoscopy or GI nursing preferred. The role is with Beth Israel Lahey Health and contributes to high-quality, evidence-based patient care in a Magnet-designated hospital.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of a state-approved and/or accredited RN program
- Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
- Work experience in unit specific specialty preferred
