Job Summary
Supervise care and treatments, lead patient assessments, tailor care plans, and address patient concerns to provide exceptional rehabilitation support. Build meaningful relationships with patients and families to facilitate their recovery, while collaborating effectively with various departments for coordinated care. Serve as a resource for fellow staff regarding complex patient needs and inquiries. This Registered Nurse role offers a $10,000 sign-on bonus for full-time candidates at Encompass Health, a Fortune 100 Best Companies to Work For leader in post-acute care with over 150 nationwide locations. Valid RN licensure, CPR certification, and one year of rehabilitation experience are preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN licensures as required by state regulations
Desired Qualifications
- CPR certification (ACLS preferred)
- CRRN certification preferred
- One year of experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting is preferred
