RN $10k Bonus

Assess patients' physical and behavioral health needs, develop nursing care plans, and maintain medical records while educating patients and families. Coordinate unit activities, ensure physicians' orders are transcribed appropriately, and document accurate counts of controlled substance medication administration. Administer medications per ordered notes, notify physicians of significant status changes, and demonstrate knowledge of universal precautions during direct patient care. Complete admission and discharge processing efficiently while maintaining therapeutic rapport with patients, visitors, and co-workers. Full-time roles include a 10k sign-on bonus and rates of $36-$51/hr; part-time options available with two 12-hour shifts.
