RN 1 North PRN

Registered Nurse responsible for supervising and coordinating nursing personnel on shift, including weekends/holidays, applying the nursing process to patient assessments, planning, and care interventions. Collaborates with physicians and other clinicians to plan and implement patient care; roles may include additional duties within scope. Requires nursing degree with active RN licensure and BLS; ACLS/PALS/NRP/TNCC or other certifications may be required based on area. Mostly on-site at Baptist Medical Center East (Montgomery, AL) with per-diem PRN scheduling. Strong clinical judgment, communication, teamwork, infection control, and ability to work independently and in a team are essential.
