RN– 1:1 School, Short & Long-Term Homecare (Long Island)

Support patients post-surgery with wound care, pain management, and safe mobility, or provide 1:1 skilled care for children with complex needs in school and home settings. Deliver long-term private duty nursing for individuals with chronic conditions requiring trach/vent, g-tube, or wound care management. Requires at least 6 months of nursing experience, a valid NYS RN license, and current BLS, QuantiFERON, and MMR titers. Pay rates range from $45 to $48 per hour with flexible weekday and weekend shifts available. Earn up to $4,400 in referral bonuses.
