Job Summary
RN - 1:1 Pediatric Nurse position for BAYADA Willow Grove/Pediatric Office, delivering private duty home health care to a ventilator-dependent 3-year-old in Norristown, PA. Responsibilities include following doctors' orders, performing client assessments, documenting observations and interventions, and providing hands-on care with autonomy in the home. The role emphasizes one-to-one client care, travel to the client’s location, maintaining clinical documentation, and ensuring compassionate, high-quality pediatric care with an emphasis on safety, reliability, and family-centered support. Compensation ranges $35-$40 per hour with weekly pay and full benefits; shifts are traditional overnight hours (11pm–7am) with no weekend requirements. Required Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program
- Current nursing license in good standing in the state (Pennsylvania)
- Ability to travel to client locations for private duty home care
- Overnight shift availability (11p-7a)
