Job Summary
Deliver 1:1 pediatric in-home nursing care in the Maquoketa area, providing private duty RN services to pediatric patients. Responsibilities include managing G-tube feedings, maintaining updated clinical records, evaluating nursing care effectiveness, consulting with physicians to adjust care plans, mentoring new staff during orientations, educating patients and caregivers, participating in quality assurance programs, completing mandatory trainings, ensuring confidentiality, and maintaining professional communication. The role requires travel to patients' homes, flexible scheduling (including hours across shifts), and adherence to state nurse practice acts and organizational policies. Required Qualifications
- LPN/LVN Nursing Degree
- Unencumbered LPN/LVN License in the state of employment or Multi-State license (eNLC)
- 1 year of demonstrated experience
- Valid driver license with proof of insurance in applicable states
- Clear background screening
- Valid and current CPR card/certificate
- Clear Hep B Screening
- Clear TB Screening
- Knowledge of Nurse Practice Acts
- Ability to read and communicate in English
